From Static to Dynamic: Devising an Engaging Interactive Data Experience

I took charge of a project to redesign the private website of a Spanish leading private banking entity, known for providing exclusive financial advice and asset management services. Dealing with numerous usability issues, clients frequently needed assistance from bankers to understand their financial information on the former platform, resulting in frustration and inefficiency.

Determined to provide clients with the best and most comprehensive report in the industry, our challenge was to transform dozens of complex static data tables into an interactive digital experience. We designed a new platform that succeded in user-centricity, meaning, and enjoyment, effectively optimising both client satisfaction and banker productivity.
